It's time to Register for the SDSNA Annual Conference!
July 17th and 18th 2024 at Arrowwood Resort and Conference Center....
On behalf of the South Dakota School Nurse Association (SDSNA), we enthusiastically invite you to join us for our 31st Annual SDSNA Conference on July 17th and 18th at Arrowwood Resort and Conference Center in Chamberlain, SD.
Our theme is Stronger Together, and we've planned a wonderful line up of speakers, activities, and entertainment to strengthen our knowledge, skills, network, and profession!
Attached, you will find the Registration Information, Registration Form, and Agenda.
This year, we're offering FREE SDSNA Annual Conference Registration Fee for any new NASN/SDSNA members that joined our organization from August 2023 to July 2024. If you're new to us, your registration fee is on us. Please join us! Travel and lodging costs are not covered - please book your own accommodations.
In addition, I'm attaching a couple of resources you may find helpful in requesting financial support from your administration or district. One is a justification letter you could use in requesting funding for registration, transportation, and lodging for the SDSNA Annual Conference. The other is a justification letter you could use in requesting funding for an annual National Association of School Nurses and South Dakota School Nurse Association (NASN/SDSNA) membership. Please download and customize to your needs if you're planning to request support from your district.
To provide an opportunity to "Strengthen" our self-care, we're again offering a massage therapist!! Jenna Miller from Chamberlain will be offering chair massage on Thursday July 18th (10min/$15, 15min/$20, 30min/$35 and cash tips appreciated).
